After wrecking my vehicle 2 separate times in the winter I was more than hesitant to drive when the weather was even slightly snowing or the roads were icy. Mary explained what "tapping" is & offered to help me get over my fear of winter driving. The tapping session was a great learning experience; now I have no problem getting on the road when it's below 32°! I am more relaxed and calm about the situation rather than getting anxious and white knuckles when behind the wheel.

I had not been sleeping well, constantly dealing with anxiety and panic. After one session, I was able to get what may have been the best night of sleep that I'd had in a few months. Since then, my anxiety and panic have been a non-issue.

I had overpowering emotions of anger, sadness and pain from memories that were over twenty years old. I felt no control over when they would come, and sometimes they would stay with me for weeks at a time. Mary asked me questions and set up an atmosphere that brought everything up inside my body and at the forefront of my brain. Then somehow, miraculously, by her tapping method, she helped replace my tortured emotions with positive memories. I walked away from that session with a freedom I have never felt. Still today, I cannot reach those feelings; they seem to not be there. Thank you Mary.

Five years ago I hit a deer while riding a motorcycle. I was very fortunate but couldn't let it go. I went to see Mary before I was going to leave on another long trip & I learned to tap. Every morning I woke up, the anxiety and panic would set in & all I looked forward to was stopping for the day. After ten days into the trip, I realized I hadn't panicked that morning. I was once again enjoying my ride using the tools Mary had given me. My next goal is to ride on a solo trip like I previously have done. I am confident I will. Thank you so much for making riding fun again.
